We may be able help by simply exchanging products which may incur additional shipping costs.
Returns
You have 21 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on a status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Where a refund may not be issued –
- For simple change of mind.
- If you choose the wrong size, colour or product.
- If you were aware of the problem ie; factory seconds or second hand goods.
- If you decide you do not like the product or have no need for them.
- If you use the product in a way it is not meant to be used.
Where a refund may be given –
- If it is not the product you ordered.
- If the product does not do what it is meant to do.
- If the product does not match the description.
We must be notified immediately of a problem or fault prior to returning the product.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
