Hi, my name is June Lavender, we have just had a replacement skin put on our Annex of our new van, under Warranty and I would like to thank all involved for their professionalism and efficient resolution of our issue, it was greatly appreciated, as we live in our caravan fulltime. I Dealt with Michael, from Dometic and Bruce from Kakadu Annexes, Thanks to you both. I would also like to pass on to Dometic, the great service we received from all at Kakadu Annexes today, they did a great job and even suggested, if we have any other problems, we could give them a call any time, they would be happy to assist. We will certainly be recommending both companies to other travellers.

Just a short note to let you know how impressed we are with your product. We purchased your annexe (Daintree) last March and it has been standing for 12 months through smooth and the roughest of weather, the latest being ex-tropical cyclone Oswald, with winds up to 130klms and with extra tent pegs, stood like a rock. We would have no hesitation in recommending your product to anyone who is intending to purchase an annexe

We visited your factory yesterday afternoon and were served by Tim (who said he was one of the floor supervisors). We just wanted to say that the service which we received from Tim was exceptional. He patiently answered a whole host of questions and outlined various options which will suit our requirements. We know exactly what we want now. We look forward to our caravan arriving at Brisbane RV’s (should be next week) and getting on with the annex. We plan to leave Brisbane on 11th April and Tim assured us that Kakadu would see to it that the annex would be available before we take off.

I just wanted to say again how happy and impressed I am with my new Kakadu annex and the prompt service I received from yourself and your team. Our first trip away was to Airlie beach, the week before Easter, certainly attracted a bit of interest from fellow campers, I was surprised by the number of people who commented on the quality of the annexe or asked where I had purchased it from, of course I was more than happy to pass on my experience and dealings with All Seasons Vinyl. We had our annex installed on our van a couple of weeks ago and went on our first trip away last week with it on. Extremely happy with it.The heat was repelled nicely and really increased the storage space we have.The quality and workmanship of the product is commendable.
